End User Licence Agreement

Terms of use for the ATCOS Books Connector.

Effective August 11, 2026

These terms govern use of the ATCOS Books Connector (the “Software”), an internal integration operated by ATCOS that connects QuickBooks Online company files to ATCOS’ bookkeeping and reporting tools.

1. Licence and permitted users

The Software is internal-use software made available only to ATCOS personnel and to administrators of QuickBooks Online companies owned or administered by ATCOS and its affiliated companies. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the general public. Subject to these terms, authorized users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Software for the internal business purposes of the connected companies.

2. Authority to connect

By connecting a QuickBooks Online company, you represent that you are authorized by the company that owns that file to grant access to its accounting data. Do not connect a company you do not administer.

3. Acceptable use

4. Data handling

Accounting data accessed through the Software is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy continue to govern the QuickBooks Online service itself.

5. Availability

The Software depends on Intuit’s QuickBooks Online APIs and on third-party infrastructure. It is provided on an as-available basis; ATCOS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may suspend or modify the Software at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Output of the Software is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and does not replace review by a qualified accountant.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATCOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to the Software.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Disconnecting the Software from a QuickBooks company (see Disconnecting) revokes its access immediately and ends these terms as to that company.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
