Disconnecting revokes the ATCOS Books Connector’s access to a QuickBooks Online company immediately. It does not change, delete or affect any data inside QuickBooks.
Disconnect from QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator of the company.
- Open Settings (the gear icon) › Manage Apps.
- Find ATCOS Books Connector in the list.
- Choose Disconnect and confirm.
What happens next
QuickBooks invalidates the connector’s tokens for that company at once. The stored tokens on our side become useless and are destroyed. No further accounting data can be read from that company unless it is connected again.
Deleting data already retrieved
Disconnecting stops future access but does not by itself erase records already retrieved for bookkeeping. To request deletion of that data, email info@atcosstaffing.com from an address associated with the company, naming the company. We will confirm what can be deleted and what must be retained under tax or accounting law, and act within 30 days.
