Connecting a QuickBooks Online company authorizes the ATCOS Books Connector to read that company’s accounting records. Only an administrator of the company can grant this.
Confirm you are signed in to the correct QuickBooks Online company. QuickBooks grants access to whichever company is active in your session at the moment you approve.
Steps
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator of the company you want to connect.
- Start the connection from the ATCOS Books Connector authorization link supplied by ATCOS.
- Review the access being requested, confirm the company name shown on the consent screen, and approve.
- You are returned here once QuickBooks confirms the connection. ATCOS records the company identifier so the connector knows which books it is reading.
Reconnecting
A connection can lapse if it goes unused for an extended period, if the authorizing administrator’s access is removed, or if the connection was revoked in QuickBooks. Reconnecting uses the same steps and restores access without affecting the company’s data.
What happens to the data
See the Privacy Policy for what is read, how it is stored, and how long it is kept. Use of the connector is subject to the End User Licence Agreement.
Trouble connecting
Email info@atcosstaffing.com with the company name and any error message shown by QuickBooks.
