The ATCOS Books Connector links QuickBooks Online company files operated by ATCOS and its affiliated companies to ATCOS’ internal bookkeeping and reporting tools. It reads accounting records through Intuit’s official QuickBooks Online Accounting API.
Internal software
This integration is not offered to the public and is not listed on the QuickBooks App Store. It is authorized only against QuickBooks Online companies that ATCOS and its affiliates own or administer.
What it does
- Reads customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, the chart of accounts and standard reports from each connected company
- Consolidates that information for bookkeeping, reconciliation and internal reporting
- Creates and updates records — such as products, services and item bundles — when an ATCOS operator runs a specific set-up or migration task. It never deletes records, and never writes on its own schedule
